"Refund took way too long"
I ordered a few cards and had to return one because it showed up bent. Umm, the return page wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure I was doing everything right. Customer service did reply when I reached out, but I still felt like I had to keep checking on it myself. My refund ended up taking almost 3 weeks, which was frustrating.

"Digital card was more of a hassle than I expected"
I tried sending a digital birthday card it took way longer than it should have. The site was dragging, and at one point my message didn’t save, so I had to type the whole thing again, which was annoying.
The card did look nice once it finally went through, but for what they charge, I expected the process to feel a lot less clunky. Their site makes it all sound super easy and seamless, but I’m always a little skeptical of that kind of polished company talk, and in this case it didn’t really match the experience. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless I was out of better options

"Found what I needed super fast"
The search was really quick and the menu was easy to figure out. I found the birthday cards in about a minute, which felt like a miracle compared to some sites where you click around forever.

"I found way more than I expected"
I went on hallmark.com just looking for a birthday card, but I ended up finding one for my mom, one for my nephew, and even a thank you card. The selection made me feel like I could actually pick something that fit each person, which is what I care about most with cards. It was easy to browse, and there were a bunch of cute and funny options. I’ll probably use it again next time.

"My order showed up late again..."
My order showed up late again, which was frustrating. I get that delays can happen sometimes, and I’m not expecting everything to be perfect every single time, but this has happened more than once now, so it’s starting to feel like I can’t really count on the delivery being on time. If I’m ordering something for a specific time or planning my day around it, a late delivery kind of throws everything off. Overall, the delivery just hasn’t felt very reliable...

"Everything came just right"
I ordered from hallmark.com it was such a relief when the package showed up exactly how I remembered choosing everything. The cards, names, and quantities were all correct, with nothing missing or mixed up. It sounds simple, but I still remember opening the box and feeling that little wave of, “Oh good, they got it right.” Sometimes that’s all you really want from an online order.

"Nice cards, but the packaging could be better"
Well... my order did arrive on time, so that was good, but the box was bent and kind of crushed on one side. A few of the envelopes had small creases too. The cards are still usable, but it’s a little disappointing when you’re ordering something that’s supposed to look nice

The rewards add up nicely, and the promos have helped me save a lot. Overall it’s been easy to use, but I’m curious if anyone else had the same issue with keeping track of which deals were active?

"Cute stuff, but the quality can be a little mixed"
I ordered a few cards and a small gift from hallmark.com, and the designs were really cute. The cards looked nice when they arrived, but the paper felt thinner than I was expecting. For the price, wouldn’t you think they’d feel a little sturdier?
The gift was adorable too, but it had a tiny scratch on it right out of the box. It wasn’t bad enough that I wanted to deal with returning it, but still, who wants to open something new and immediately notice a mark on it?
Overall, I’d say it was fine. I do like Hallmark’s style and the selection is fun, but the quality felt a bit hit or miss this time. Would I order again? Maybe, but I’d probably be a little more careful about what I choose.

"Pickup was fine, just a little slow"
I ordered a few cards for in-store pickup and, yeah, the email came through quickly. But when I got to the store, the staff had to kind of look around for my order for a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just took longer than I thought it would. Once they found everything, the items were totally fine.

"Showed up sooner than expected"
I ordered a card and a small gift from hallmark.com, i didn’t have a ton of faith in the delivery date since shipping estimates feel unreliable lately. But it actually showed up faster than they said it would, which surprised me. Everything arrived fine and I didn’t have any issues

I had a really easy time using the site and found the cards I was looking for quickly. No hassle at all. If you’re trying to save time and don’t want to dig around forever, I’d say it’s worth checking out
